X⁴ began as a small HIIT class in Homewood, AL, when founder Chris Wade recognized the need for a program that challenged all fitness levels while keeping workouts engaging. Today, X⁴ continues to grow across the Southeast, including right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee—helping members redefine their strength, endurance, and confidence.
