X4 began as a small HIIT class in Homewood, AL, when founder Chris Wade recognized the need for a program that challenged all fitness levels while keeping workouts engaging. Today, X4 continues to grow across the Southeast, including right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee—helping members redefine their strength, endurance, and confidence.
